From October through March, and sometimes into April, we offer our Coles Bay Suite and Petie’s Cottage as three‑month or six‑month long‑term rentals — perfect for guests seeking a peaceful, extended stay during the quiet winter season.
We are located in North Saanich, close to Sidney and just 25 minutes from Victoria. The airport is only 5 minutes away by car, BC Ferries are about 10 minutes away, and the local bus system has stops within a 5‑minute walk of the property — making travel simple and convenient.
Coles Bay Suite
The fully furnished 1,050‑sq‑ft Coles Bay Suite features two bedrooms, a well‑equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a bathroom with bath/shower. The large open area includes a six‑chair dining table, comfortable living room with sofa bed, and plenty of storage. The kitchen is stocked for cooking, the bathroom includes towels, and the bedrooms are supplied with sheets, blankets, and comforters. Each bedroom and the living room have large flat‑screen TVs with Netflix and a wide range of channels. Step outside to a concrete deck with a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining. Utilities and parking for one car are included; additional vehicles may be considered for a monthly fee. Coles Bay Beach is just a five‑minute walk away, with scenic walking trails throughout our quiet rural neighborhood. No pets. Storage containers or boxes are not permitted in the suite. Petie's Cottage
The fully furnished 1150 sq ft cottage hasone bedrooms with a large kitchen, laundry facilities, bathroom with bath/shower, sunken living room, dining area and table, sunken living room with sofa bed and lots of storage.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, the bathroom has towels and the bedroom has sheets/blankets/comforters available. The bedroom and living room have large flat screen TVs including Netflix and a wide range of channels.
There is a deck area with a barbecue just outside.
Utilities are included in rent and parking for a single car. Additional vehicles can be considered for an additional monthly cost.
The Coles Bay Beach is a five minute walk away and we have lots of walking trails in our quiet rural neighborhood.
